About Us

01 · OUR STORY

Who We Are

A platform built around the Indian game

Most betting sites are built somewhere else and translated for India later. KingExch started from the other end. Cricket isn't one sport in a long list here. It's the front page. Session runs, a batter's total, runs at the fall of a wicket: the markets Indian fans talk about over chai are the markets we list.

The casino follows the same thinking. Teen Patti and Jhandi Munda sit in the lobby beside roulette and blackjack, because those are the games our players grew up with.

An exchange, not just a bookie

At our core, we're a betting exchange. That means players set prices against each other, backing a result or laying it. You're not stuck with one house price, and you can trade in and out of a match as it unfolds. We add bookmaker and fancy markets on top for players who want something simpler or more detailed.

Several names, one home

KingExch runs under more than one name so players can always reach us, even when one address is slow or blocked on a network. King Exchange, Kingexch9 and KingExch365 all lead to the same platform. One username, one password, one balance, wherever you log in.

02 · OUR APPROACH

What We Set Out to Do

Fast access

We think getting started shouldn't take a phone call and a long wait. That's why KingExch has an open sign-up form. You create your own account in a few minutes, choose your own password, and you're in. Logging in takes a username, a password and a quick reCAPTCHA check, with an OTP option for players who prefer codes.

A safe account

Fast access means nothing if your money isn't safe. So we pair speed with protection. reCAPTCHA keeps bots away from the login. Deposits and withdrawals go through request forms tied to your account, not loose chat messages. And support is there round the clock if anything on your account looks wrong.

Clear, simple betting

An exchange can look intimidating the first time. We keep the screen clean: blue for back, pink for lay, your potential profit or liability shown before you confirm. A demo login lets new players look around with a practice balance before they put in any money.

A Deposit button and a Withdraw button, each opening a request form. Deposits through UPI, bank transfer and wallets. Withdrawals to your own bank account.

Phones first

Most of our players bet from a phone, so KingExch runs straight in the mobile browser. There's nothing to download or update. Add the site to your home screen and it opens with one tap, with the same account you use on a laptop.

04 · SAFETY AND SUPPORT

How We Look After Players

Support that's actually there

Our support team works 24/7, reachable on WhatsApp through the Support button on the official site. Login trouble, a payment question, a market you don't understand: someone real replies, whatever the hour.

Honest about the basics

We'd rather tell you plainly how things work than dress them up. Exposure locks part of your balance while bets are open. Withdrawals go faster when the bank name matches your account. Each market has its own rules note explaining how it settles. Knowing these things up front saves frustration later.

Responsible play

Betting should be entertainment. We show a GamCare badge, we keep KingExch strictly for adults, and our support team can help you pause your account if you need a break. Our Responsible Gaming page has more on setting limits and spotting warning signs.

05 · SHARED RESPONSIBILITY

What We Expect From Players

Adults only

You must be 18 or older to use KingExch. We may ask for proof of age, and we close accounts that don't meet this rule.

Know your local rules

Betting laws differ from state to state in India. It's up to each player to check that online betting is allowed where they live before taking part.

One person, one account

Each player should hold a single account. Duplicate accounts make deposits, withdrawals and support checks messy, and we may restrict them.

Fair play

Use the platform honestly. Don't share your account, use automated tools to bet, or try to take advantage of errors. Our Terms and Conditions set out the full rules.

06 · GET IN TOUCH SAFELY

Keeping in Touch

Where to reach us

The fastest way to reach KingExch is the Support button on the official site, which opens WhatsApp. The team is there 24/7. For more ways to get help, see our Contact Us page.

Watch out for imitators

Because KingExch is well known, fake sites and fake "support" accounts sometimes pretend to be us. We will never ask for your password or OTP. If something claiming to be KingExch asks for either, it isn't us. Use the official site, and when in doubt, message support before you share anything.

07 · OUR PROMISE

Our Commitment

What stays the same

Whatever name you find us under, the platform you get is the same: a cricket-first exchange, a full casino, one account and help at any hour. We'll keep improving the markets, the games and the tools, but those basics don't change.

Thank you for playing

Every player who picks KingExch over the many other options out there is trusting us with their time and their money. We take that seriously. Play smart, play within your limits, and enjoy the game.
