01 · ELIGIBILITY

Who Can Use KingExch

Age

KingExch is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to open an account, deposit or bet. We may ask for proof of age at any time, and we will close accounts where a player is under 18 or can't confirm their age. Any winnings on an underage account may be withheld.

Where you live

Laws on online betting are different across Indian states and in other countries. It is your responsibility to check that using KingExch is lawful where you are. We don't accept responsibility for a player using the platform where it isn't permitted.

Your capacity

By registering, you confirm that you're using KingExch for yourself, with your own money, and that you're of sound mind and able to make your own decisions about betting.

02 · YOUR LOGIN

Your Account

One account per person

Each person may hold one account. Opening more than one account, or opening an account for someone else, is not allowed. We may close duplicate accounts, merge balances, or void bets placed through them.

Accurate details

The details you give at sign-up must be true and your own. Your account name should match the bank account you use for withdrawals. We may ask you to confirm your details, and we may hold withdrawals until they're confirmed.

Keeping it secure

You're responsible for keeping your username, password and any OTP private. Any activity on your account after a correct login is treated as yours. If you think someone else has access, change your password straight away and tell support.

Demo accounts

The demo login gives a practice balance for exploring the platform. Demo balances have no cash value and can't be deposited to or withdrawn from.

03 · MOVING MONEY

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

Deposits are made through the Deposit request form on the official site, using the payment methods shown there, such as UPI, bank transfer and wallets. Pay only from accounts in your own name. A deposit is credited once the payment is confirmed.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are requested through the Withdraw form. Funds are sent to a bank account in your name. We may ask for details to confirm a withdrawal, and we may delay or refuse a withdrawal where the account details don't match, where the account is under review, or where these terms have been broken.

Exposure

Money held in open bets is shown as exposure and can't be withdrawn or used for new bets until those markets settle.

Mistakes in your favour

If money is credited to your account by mistake, it isn't yours to keep. We may correct the balance, and any bets placed with it may be voided.

04 · MARKETS AND SETTLEMENT

Betting Rules

Placing a bet

A bet is placed once it is accepted on the platform and shown in your open bets. You are responsible for checking the market, odds, stake and side (back or lay) before you confirm. With 1-Click Bet switched on, a bet is placed on a single tap without a confirm step.

Market rules

Each market has its own rules note, covering how it settles, what happens in shortened or abandoned matches, and when fancy lines are counted. Those market rules form part of these terms. Where a market rule and these terms differ, the market rule applies to that market.

Cashout

Cashout lets you settle an open bet early at the price offered at that moment. Once accepted, a cashout is final.

Errors

If a market is offered at an obviously wrong price because of a technical or human error, we may void bets placed at that price. If a bet is accepted after the result is already known, we may void it.

Settlement

Bets are settled according to the official result of the event and the rules of the market. Our settlement records are final, apart from cases where an error is found.

05 · OFFERS

Promotions

Separate terms apply

From time to time KingExch may run promotions. Each one comes with its own terms, shown alongside it, covering who can take part and how any bonus amount can be used. Those terms apply together with these. If a promotion is misused, including through duplicate accounts, we may withdraw the bonus and any winnings made with it.

06 · CASINO TERMS

Casino Games

Game rules

Each casino game, whether a live table, Teen Patti, Jhandi Munda, Aviator, Mines or a slot, follows its own rules, shown in the game. If a game malfunctions, affected rounds may be voided and stakes returned.

Live dealer games

Results in live dealer games are decided by the dealer and the table on video. If a stream drops, the round may still complete and settle at the table.

07 · KEEPING PLAY FAIR

Fair Play

Not allowed

To keep KingExch fair for everyone, the following are not allowed:

• using bots, scripts or other automated tools to bet,
• working with others to manipulate markets or results,
• exploiting technical faults or pricing errors,
• betting on events where you have inside knowledge or can affect the result,
• using the platform to move or hide money,
• sharing, selling or renting your account.

What we may do

If we believe these rules have been broken, we may void bets, withhold winnings, suspend or close the account, and keep records as needed.

08 · PAUSING OR CLOSING ACCOUNTS

Suspension and Closure

Closing your own account

You can ask support to close or pause your account at any time. Any available balance, after open bets settle, will be paid out to your verified bank account, subject to these terms.

When we may close an account

We may suspend or close an account for breaking these terms, for suspected fraud, for duplicate accounts, or where required by law. Where possible, we'll tell you why.

09 · PLATFORM AND PLAYER

Limits of Responsibility

Platform availability

We work to keep KingExch available at all times, but we can't promise it will never be slow or unavailable. We aren't responsible for losses caused by network problems, device issues or interruptions outside our control. Open bets stay live if you are logged out.

Your betting decisions

Betting involves risk. You decide what to bet and how much. KingExch is not responsible for losses arising from your betting decisions.
