We work to keep KingExch running at all times, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, fast or free of errors. Network problems, maintenance, provider outages or blocking by internet providers can affect access.

KingExch is reachable under more than one name so players can usually get in even when one address is slow. Even so, we aren't responsible for losses caused by being unable to access the platform, place a bet or cash out at a particular moment.
Open bets
If you're logged out or lose connection, open bets stay live and settle according to the market's rules.

Processing depends on more than us
Deposits and withdrawals go through request forms on the official site and through payment methods such as UPI, bank transfer and wallets. How quickly money moves can depend on your bank, the payment service and checks on your account. We don't promise a fixed processing time for every transaction.
Your bank and payment provider
Your bank or payment app may have its own rules, limits or charges, and may decline or delay a payment. KingExch isn't responsible for decisions made by your bank or payment provider.
Details must match
Withdrawals are sent to a bank account in your own name. If the details you give don't match your account, payments can be held until they're confirmed. Mistakes in the bank details you enter are your responsibility.

Account Security
Your login, your control
Your username, password and any OTP are the keys to your account. Any bet, game or request made after a correct login is treated as made by you. If you share your details, save them on a shared device, or enter them on a fake site, KingExch can't be held responsible for what happens next.
Tell us early
If you suspect someone else has used your account, change your password straight away and message support. The sooner we know, the sooner we can check activity and help protect what's left in the account.
Demo balances
The demo login uses a practice balance with no cash value. Results in demo mode can't be converted into real money and don't predict how real bets will turn out.

Live Data and Streams
Delays happen
Scores, prices and live casino video streams may be delayed. Odds can change between the moment you tap a price and the moment your bet is accepted. Always check your open bets to see exactly what was placed.
Third-party content
Some casino games, including live dealer tables and slots, are supplied by third-party providers. Each game follows its own rules, and we aren't responsible for the content or performance of third-party services beyond what our terms set out.

Fake Sites and Impersonation
Use official addresses only
Fake websites, social media pages and WhatsApp or Telegram accounts sometimes use the KingExch name to trick players. KingExch is not responsible for losses from dealing with sites, agents or accounts that aren't official.
What we never do
KingExch will never ask for your password or OTP, never promise guaranteed wins or fixed matches, and never ask you to pay into a personal account outside the Deposit form on the official site. Anyone doing these things is not us.
